Alix | 34 comments I will be trying for Five as if now. Mostly (all) Science-y stuff.
Edit: Disappointed to learn only two of my science-y books qualify. When finished I will post the cover and a brief review below in the comments.

1. Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind 578
2. The Invention of Nature: Alexander von Humboldt's New World 576
3. A House of Ghosts 400+
4.

What do you mean?

Alix | 34 comments I finished my book. Yay me. :D
I was concerned that posting a finished book in separate threads would count as "spamming" the board, because I have a repeat book or two in the challenge threads.
Thank you for asking.

When I read a book, I add my review to the particular challenge thread and then if it also belongs to other challenges, e.g. the Monthly challenge or Around the World, etc, then I will list the book/ author / rating and not too much other info. Hope that helps?

Desley (Cat fosterer) (booktigger) | 800 comments I do something similar, try and keep the main thoughts on my individual challenge, then limited on whatever else it fits in. There are quite a few of us who use books over multiple challenges, so I don't think it could class as spamming, I see that as someone pushing their own book
