Carol (carolfromnc) | 3992 comments I'm substituting author born in the Caribbean for #4 Speculative Fiction. I finished Cuba: An American History by Ada Ferrer on November 7, 2022.

For #3, I'm counting the female half of the team, the illustrator, Kinuko Y. Craft, as the author, with her spouse Mahlon, of Beauty and the Beast, an absolute stunning interpretation of the classic tale. Finished October 20, 2022.

I am almost done with Finding Me for #7, and will join in the group read of Her Body and Other Parties: Stories for #6. That still leaves me 4 prompts to accomplish. We'll see : )
