One of our challenges this year is related to the languages of Europe. The point here is to read a book in every language you understand to some degree. It doesn't have to be a classic or a serious 500 page novel.
Make a new topic with your name.
Find a book at your reading level for every European language you have ever tried learning. This can be a classic (or a short story) or even a children's book with more pictures than words. Everything goes, as long as you read it in a language in your list.
And if you only speak one European language, do not despair. We have something for you too. Find books in which most of the story is written in different dialects of that language and make a list of the dialects and their respective books.
Preferably, the book should be originally written in the language you are reading it in, but that is not mandatory for this challenge.
When you are done, come and tell us something about each book and your experience reading it. How was the book? What was it about? Did you aim too high? Did you have help? Did you learn new words? ETC.
