Steven Harte walks into the station and declares he has valuable information about the Melody Jones abduction. What did you make of him at the time? Did you think he was the abductor or someone with knowledge and an angle?

I wasn't sure, but I was leaning toward him being the abductor.

I knew there was something fishy about him from the start. I couldn't figure out his game right away though.

I didn't know if he was the kidnapper or was actually going to give information. When he didn't give any useful information up front, I figured he could be the person who took Melody.

I was utterly confused. Why would the abductor just walk in there? But, he obviously knew something. I was trying to figure out his end game.
