Penn and Stacey handled the bulk of the procedurals in this story. Have they now established a rhythm that would be hard to disrupt or would they be as effective working alone? How do they support each other?

Lynn (ftbooklover) Oh, no, they definitely benefit from each other's work. They have worked alone in the past and could do so again, but they are much more effective together. They are able to support one another because they understand the kind of work they are doing. They also know to ask for help when they need it.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I think they work well together. If one of them gets stuck while they're digging for information, the other digs in to help. Most of the time the second person picks up on something that the first one missed.

That rhythm is undefinable and should never be disrupted. It serves them and the cases extremely well. They’re really good on their own, outstanding as a team. Their respect for each other and competitive natures brings out the best in each of them without making silly mistakes in the process.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I agree with you all again. They can work alone when necessary, but they are better and faster as a team
