2022 Challenge Index




WHOOPSY, Dani graduated in 2023.

I am planning to continue with the Finish What You Stared (FWYS) on my own again. And I'll also continue the Never Ending Series Challenge and keeping track of my reading connections.

Elsa and I are excited to do the Pick My Book challenge again for this 6th year! I will also do the Pick One For Me challenge to help me choose monthly books (choice of 3).

I bit off more than I could read last year, so I have to finish reading all 28 books that I never got to in 2021...I had I Pick, You Pick challenge with Elsa [2020-2 & 2021-5], 2 more pick a book a month challenges (gn Clean Sweep 2021 [6] and FLoaB Discovery Bookshelf 2021 [9]), and 3 challenges where you pick, spin or roll and they recommend a book (ammp Take a Chance [3] and LC Literature Map Chain [3]).

I plan to participate in LC Eye of Beholder with a pick as you finish level with no book goals for the year. That's a commitment for 2+ books a month. Much more doable than last year!

I also started waaaay too many multi-year Reading Challenges adding to the too many that I already had active. I hope to make some serious progress on them: sfrc Lazy Challenge - Cover, LC Color Scavenger Hunt, FloaB Beyond the Grave, FloaB Ghost Walk, FLoaB School Supply Shopping, FLoaB On Broadway, sfrc Disney Travelogue, LC Don't Get Fined! Planning to do the 2022 AMMP Game Night Challenge of the Month again.

This looks like more than enough reading and reading challenges to keep me out of trouble in 2022. I hope I have enough time to update my challenges and write reviews for the books I finish this year.

I did an Exchange Team Challenge in the fall of 2022 in AMMP, but it required 2 days of trading and reading 3 books a month in 7 days. I read several of my kindle books because of the quick turn around time. I also bought a kindle ebook! :0 It wasn't as fun as I expected and it really messed up my reading and challenge book completions for the end of 2022. I'm not sure if I will do it again.

I didn't participate in the Pick One For Me challenge in November and December due to the Exchange Team Challenge.
