I know they were around teenage years and that there was at least one more book where you get to read about her sons story now that the "gift" is his.

I think I read it around 2013-2015, but im not completely sure, it wasn't later than 2016 at least.

Could be a Swedish author, but that I'm not sure of either cus I don't remember if I read it in swedish or english

The first part sounds like When by Victoria Laurie. The main character can see the death dates of people on their foreheads, and she gets accused of murdering some people. In this book she didn’t get pregnant, but I know it was published before 2016.

I also suggest Numbers by Rachel Ward. What the girl protagonist see in people is their death date. I haven't finished it to know if she gets pregnant / pass her gift to her sons, though.
