Camp Half-Blood discussion

"I know," Heather answered. Her grey-blue eyes scanned the room casually. She took a sip of her drink, which she immediately recognized as sparkling apple cider. "She asked me." Brooke's gaze snapped up to look at her friend.
"And you said no? You're kidding me, right?" Naturally, Heather's answer was, of course, no, she wasn't kidding. "The two of you would be great together." Seeing the doubtful look on Heather's face, Brooke's tilted to meet her eyes. "You would. You know you would." One sip of her drink was immediately met with a frown. Ginger beer. "What the hell? Don't they have anything better to drink?"

Amara hated dances. She hated social interaction for the most part too, but her all so wonderful siblings decided to make a bet with her, and no way could she back down now. So, here she was, standing beside the refreshment stand while wearing a dark blue dress that almost looked black. It was a basic dress with no real details. Amara didn’t hate it, but she did dislike it, she was grateful her siblings didn’t pick something large and bright pink.
With a heavy sigh, Amara picked up a cup and took a sip of it without looking. Almost immediately she winced and set her cup down. “That is disgusting” She muttered to herself as she stepped away from the cups on the table. She probably wouldn’t go back to get a drink again.
((Sorry for the late and short response, I promise my responses will get longer))
Brooke willed her magical cup to change its contents into cherry coke zero and sipped her new drink while Heather talked. That was better. “Yeah,” she sympathized. “I don’t really understand the whole concept of polyamorous relationships either. If you aren’t going to be exclusive with someone, I think you should be able to hook up with as many people as you want.” She laughed at her last sentence. “But Kansas, seriously.” Her hand patted Heather’s grey suit sleeve. “Don’t worry about me. Elana and I both knew we were going to seeing each other long-term. It was mostly just for fun anyway- nothing seriously. You know me. I don’t become get upset over other girls.”
((It’s okay. I just wanted to make sure we started. I usually notice when people don’t at least have one or two posts for a roleplay by a certain amount of time that the roleplay doesn’t get up off the ground.))
