For 2022, I received the following three countries:

Cabo Verde:
Dina Salústio (The Madwoman of Serrano)
Ethiopia:
Mahtem Shiferraw (Your Body Is War)
Morocco:
Fouad Laroui (Die alte Dame in Marrakesch, Les Tribulations du dernier Sijilmassi)

I will stick to my rules of 2021, i.e. I will pick one author of the respective country with the aim to explore her / his work :))
