Personal Reading Goals for 2022

My main goal for this year is to finish/catch up on some series, and make significant progress in others. I'm going to fulfill as many of the challenge prompts as I can with series. I'm hoping to finish 20 series, but most only have 1-2 books left in them, so it should be an attainable goal.
I'm considering reading The Count of Monte Cristo this year as my "big" classic. I didn't do a big one last year, so I'd like to get back to tackling one of those per year.

Coincidentally, I had just mentioned to my husband that I had The Count of Monte Cristo and The Hunchback of Notre Dame on my shelf for many years and hadn't read either of them - I might just tackle one of them as well.

I would give it a try.

My main goal this year is to complete the PBS Great American Read list. I have just over 20 books to complete that. I'd also like to read more of the physical books on my book shelves. I'm really grateful for the direction that The Bookworm Challenge gives me.

A few weeks ago I attacked my bookshelves and pulled a bunch of them off and stacked them in plain sight so I'd read them sooner! I went for the ones that I've been meaning to read or reread for ages. It's working lol

I have decided that this year I want to read a few of the "big" books on my physical shelves (not e-books).
Right now my goal is to read Infinite Jest and the Wheel of Time series. (Read the first 3 a few years ago but will give it another try.) The other big ones are on my reread list - Les Miserables and Lord of the Rings. Also want to get through a couple of my Charles Dickens collection that have been collecting a little dust lately.
