I'll be reading Under the Whispering Door by T.J. Klune

I've really enjoyed other works by this author, so I'm excited to dig into this one.

I absolutely love this book! It was every bit as magical as I expected after reading other works by this author. Would definitely recommend!

Compelling YA murder mystery. Teenager Erin uses her love of forensic science to try to find who murdered her mother years ago and her teacher days ago. Erin's conflict and emotions, along with the author's details of forensics, make this a good read. Erin's instantaneous, serious relationship with her crush was not believable, but does lead to a follow-up story.

I am listening to Black Cat,White Paws by Mark McNease for the keyword Black.

I just finished Black Dog of Fate by Peter Balakian for the May challenge.

I read Under the Whispering Door, TJ Klune. I like it but I didn't love it nearly as much as The House in the Cerulean Sea.
