Freedom to Read Week (Feb 22-28, 2015)

Hey,

Just putting this out for anyone interested. The Freedom To Read (Canada) site has put out a list of 30 Challenged Publications for Freedom to Read week. It looks like it's mostly books under censorship in Canada over the years.

While there's some familiar titles, there are quite a few titles on there I haven't seen before. Check it out if you get a chance - the site looks interesting, as well.

I wish they'd provide the list in an interactive web format. The .pdf format is great for printing and displaying, but hard to just read on the computer.

I did browse the online database, which seems to be more than just the 30 selected works. I like the detail they provide, about the objections and the resolution. Many "banned books" lists only provide the category of the objection.
