Looking for Name of Book. About husband with early onset Alzheimer’s, set in New York?

Help. I read a book a few years ago about a husband that develops early onset Alzheimer’s. I think it’s told from the wife’s perspective and is set in New York.
I can’t seem to find what it is called again! It’s possible I’m remembering things incorrectly though….
