Gideon Lindsey | 7 comments Just like 80% of the rest of the human population, I’ve seen Spider-Man: No Way Home. As such, you probably don’t need me to tell you that it was really good (also probably because someone else has already reviewed it). But I’m gonna do it anyway. For some reason, I’m going to avoid spoiling the movie even though I’m pretty sure everyone already knows what’s up. But what I can say is that the movie is a large crossover between all three eras of Spider-Man movies. It brings in characters and their original actors from both Sam Rami and Mark Web’s Spider-Man movies. This is a huge feat and created an unfathomable amount of excitement from fans.
As for the plot itself, it’s everything that I could have possibly wanted. Peter Parker has a stellar character arc in this movie. It’s simultaneously refreshing and familiar. The writers seemed to also know exactly how much screentime to give each of the other characters. The real standout amongst the cast has to be the Green Goblin. My only possible gripe for the movie is that I don’t think it spent nearly enough time on the double life aspect of Peter Parker and Spider-Man. But that really wasn’t what it was trying to do in the first place so I can’t really fault it for that. Five stars out of five. This is probably my second favorite Spider-Man movie underneath Spider-Man 2.
