Do you mean a Goodreads Librarian? I know they have a group. I haven't used it myself, but I know others here who have. If you ask them to change something they usually can, but I know certain things, like eliminating previous covers, editions, complete book removal, etc they can't do.

Easiest way is to join their group and post on their discussion group what you need done. They are fast at work. :P PM might be a little slower since you will only contact ONE librarian and they are flooded by PMs I was told.

I don't believe they remove books. I think once a book gets into Goodreads it is there forever.

A book can be removed if it hasn't been published. Otherwise I think it is there to stay.
