What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I can't remember the author or title of this book. I remember reading it around maybe 6/7 years ago, so back in 2014/2015.

It's a YA novel about a young girl who is selectively mute after a traumatic incident. She collects names as a hobby and used to be a great musician. After the incident she can't use her hand very well and bakes a lot of bread/pastries as a part of her physical therapy. She befriends a few people that she trusts enough to speak to and her nickname is sunshine because she's the opposite of someone with a sunshiny disposition.

I'd really appreciate anyone who does know the title and author of this book and can share it with me. Thank you!
