It's your own challenge, so you can do what you want, but this group's challenge is supposed to be German *authors*, either in the original or translation to another language. I also read some books translated into German (mostly from Icelandic and Norwegian); I count them for my personal challenge but don't count them here.

Just to confirm Erin’s comment. This challenge relates to titles originally written in German, although they can be read in whichever language you wish. I read most of my German-language lit in English.
