Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland / Through the Looking-Glass
question
what's the name of this book??

I remember reading this as a kid and I've been having a hard time trying to find it!
As I recall, the story is about a sister and a brother (twins possibly?) going on an adventure. Their parents are professional adventurers, and the siblings are trying to find the library of Alexandria but fail in the end. The only scene I (vaguely) remember is that the two learned how to tie knots really well because they got more TV time for learning new knots. I think the title had 'boring' in it and the cover had two bored looking kids on it.
I know these are just bits and pieces, but does anyone recognize this?

I think, the book you are describing is likely "The Extraordinary Adventures of Ordinary Boy" by William Boniface.
