Book Loving Kiwis discussion

The Folio Prize is a annual literary award sponsored by the London-based publisher The Folio Society.
It is given to an English-language book of fiction published in the UK by an author from any country. The
prize was created as a reaction to perceived weaknesses of the Man Booker prize which some saw as
leaning toward popular fiction rather than literary fiction. The winner will be announced on 23 March.
