i just finished this book and am stuck at very bad book hangover, please can any of you clarify when did ellie get that sperm transfusion? while she was being drugged by noalle or when she felt something ppking her middle parts when she was asleep that night?

It was when she was drugged. The poking in her was supposed to be her feeling the baby inside her, but it probably felt super weird because she was a virgin and had no idea she could even be pregnant in that moment.
