I am looking for reviews/feedback on my book

I've added it to my TBR list, but I'm working through a bit of a backlog atm, so may be a few weeks til I get to it x

The first time I was asked to write a logline for a film, the advice that followed suggested I just answer the question, "What's it about?" then envision myself standing at a theater, scanning the movie posters and trying to decide what to see. The answer is usually only a sentence or two, albeit they're rather long, run-on sentences (I do the same now for my books).
An example of a good logline (or book teaser) can be found on any IMDb site. Here's the one used for JAWS:
When a young woman is killed by a shark while skinny-dipping near the New England tourist town of Amity Island, police chief Martin Brody wants to close the beaches, but mayor Larry Vaughn overrules him, fearing that the loss of tourist revenue will cripple the town. Ichthyologist Matt Hooper and grizzled ship captain Quint offer to help Brody capture the killer beast, and the trio engage in an epic battle of man vs. nature.
Much success with your book!

The amount of information in your blurb is overwhelming, and as a reader, I would be very wary of reading it. It needs to be enough to pique the readers interest, but not so much that it gives the entire plot line away.
Wishing you the best!

I have posted the first few chapters of my book Wicka on Goodreads (not sure how to post it here, if someone could let me know how I would appreciate it). My book is available on Amazon if you find yourself wanting to continue reading. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KN9P43Q/r...
I look forward to hearing from everyone.
Thank you.
