My next book is a historical fiction piece and would love to talk with others for both craft and marketing. Where should that take place?

I am active. I have a novel of “international intrigue” set in Beijing, and “The SwiftPad Trilogy” three novels set around an fictional social media application, and the internecine warfare that it sets off.

Sure am. Seven Navy historical fiction titles published, six are a series. I'm working on #8, a standalone.

I'm not sure how active you have to be to qualify. I have 8 novels published and participate in several groups here, so I guess I am an active author.
What are we going to discuss here?

I have written 64 books, all on Goodreads and have read thousands of books. So, YES!

Yes, I look at Goodreads nearly every day and comment where I think it's appropriate. I'm also an author with seven books published, just finishing the eighth.

I don't know that I am active: I still find it very hard to navigate around goodreads and I tend to vanish a lot. However, I am a goodreads author and I do have 4 books published. Don't know if that helps

Yes, I am active. I was an active reader before I realized there were Author profiles. I have had four novels commercially published, with one upcoming indie-published novel later this year. I write historical fiction/literary romance/mid-list fiction. My books don't easily fit into a category.

Well my books are here, all 7 of them with one more due out next month......does that count?

I have two published novels on my profile. A crime thriller and a romance.

I have three novels related to international espionage. The first two novels are in Europe. The third novel is in the United States.

I have 3 mystery/crime novels set in the USA

I've improved my lurking technique. There was a tense moment near the cookies, but I don't think anyone noticed.

To answer the original question, I'm still active, but I'm fond of naps.

I am trying to gather myself and try to be active on here. I could blame my car rollover from January 26 of 2021. My entire body as injured in one way or another. My brain is still a slight fog at times and hurts. Having things to do such as being active on here seemed like a great idea and still is a great idea.
