Hiiiiiii guys!!!
I know, I've been totally AWOL for a long time. This academic year at work has been the worst. Our year runs September - July so I'm getting closer to the end.
I've still been reading but just haven't had time to pop on here. I'm going to try actively to visit here a little bit more. Hope you're all well.

Best of luck on all the challenges Kay! So many pretty covers. You need to read Six Crimson Cranes from your bookish box catch up. Such a good book.
Updated all of my challenges. I've finished:
- both 5 stars
- DNF'd at 54%
- 2 stars
- 4 stars
Up next:
on audio and
on physical book.

Updated everything here. I recently finished
which was such a beautiful book. I really can't recommend it enough. It's fantastic.
I'm working on some unfinished series for my physical reads this month so just about to start on
today.
For audiobooks I am about an hour into
which I am buddy reading with Brittany.

I did. It was my first book by TJ Klune. I'll definitely be picking up more by him in the future.
Haven't updated here in a while. Since the last update I have read quite a lot.

Brittany has been telling me to start it for a while. She finally wore me down. Y'all are lucky, usually any series over 5 books I won't start LOL
I would have warned you if it was RH. It is not. It feels like it could have been at one point but it definitely isn't!
You could skip the warped books for now but I would recommend reading Spellbound and Demonized together. Warped is still coming out so reading them after works.

I think Demonized was my favourite hehe but I loved them all
I thought you would have warned me, but I just wanted to check. I have like 15 mins of book one left so I should finish the book today.

Ooo how are you liking it? I think it took me a couple books to really get stuck in if I remember correctly
I liked it. It's not the best book I've ever read, but I did find it enjoyable. I will continue the series, but I'm not gonna be immediately diving into the next one. Nothing about the series, I'm just not a binge reader haha.

Totally fair! I do think they get better as they go and at some point the series turned into an addiction for me and now I cant get enough of them.

These are my June hopefuls. I know there's a lot here... way more than I can ever read (especially as work is manic this month) but these are all attending authors at the book con I am attending 8-10th July so I wanna read as many as I can.

Oooh nice job on the 14 books! Not bad at all! I'm looking forward to seeing your thoughts on the Karen M. McManus books

Ooh, let me know how You'll Be the Death of Me is, please!
I will definitely update with my thoughts. I won't get through them all, as I'm super busy with work but we will see what I get through.
June is not going the best due to the busiest work month of my life, but I have managed to get through these so far:
Most of these were audiobooks. I am currently reading
(physically) and
(audio)

I finished the audio of
and it was cute. Not the best book in the world but it was really fun. I love a good fun book for audio, so I am going into the second book now.
Still reading Monsters Born and Made. It is a very good but I just haven't had any time to read.

Finally updated here. I didn't read a whole lot in July and so far in August as I've been in a slump but here is what I have read.

Ah you've read all of the Shades of Magic comics Kay, I got the individual issues and I'm on Issue #7 I think! I use them at the end of the year to get up to my Goodreads Challenge goal. How did you find them? (no spoilers for The Rebel Army or the second half of The Night of Knives, I haven't got there yet!).
I really liked them. I don't usually read comics but I was in a super slump and couldn't get into any novels so I picked them up as I love VE Schwab. They were really enjoyable and super quick to read.

I read Extraordinary a few months ago as I adore her Vicious series. I really enjoyed that one too. I never end up rating comics 5 stars because I just fly through them. I feel like I don't appreciate the art enough. I just read the words haha

That's true. I definitely took more note of the art in the Steel Prince ones than I did in ExtraOrdinary.
