An Introvert's World of Books discussion

I am almost finished with The Kite Runner. Khaled Hosseini did an amazing job transporting you to a different time, a different way of life. I know I am sheltered and I know that these evils (and worse) happen, but I this story hit a lot of triggers for me.

This story is a good reminder that the unresolved past doesn't ever stay in the past. It's a good reminder that it is never too late for redemption.

Has anyone else read this book?

I finished this book. It was heavy on the soul. I can't say that I would ever recommend it, but I will say I am glad to have read it and I give it 5 stars.
