What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I am looking for a children's book I read back in 2005ish. The book was about a family, kind of spooky, it reminded me a bit about The Addams family. They had many relatives burries in the cemetery. The book had a map of the house drawn too. They had some next door neighbours that were an old couple. The old couple kept a lot of trash in their house. And apparently the family's house had a secret tunnel to the neighbour's house. The family had two or three kids and at least one girl and one boy.

Hopefully I can find this book, it has been driving crazy for weeks haha
