The book shows 0 reviews and 0 ratings, yet I cannot delete it.
I get a message saying "Only super-librarians can delete books with so many reviews."

My reasoning?
The 0 ratings, 0 reviews, no ISBN or ASIN, no cover, and I can't find it on Amazon. It is not listed on her publisher's website. It is not listed anywhere that I could find.

That is far from enough reason to delete.

It appears to be a forthcoming the book the author announced on social media.

Impossible to say. Be more specific. If it was ever published, it cannot be removed.

It gets confusing when a thread linked to a specific book or author is also used for other books. I am closing this thread. Start new ones for other books.
