I love how grumpy Eve is about wedding planning. And I swear only Eve could find herself in the situation she did at her dress fitting.

Pandora's murder was brutal. I really hope Mavis didn't do it as I love her character.

I really enjoy Feeney and Eve's friendship. Those two work so well together.

Eve finding a connection between Pandora's death and the death of Boomer, her CI, was unexpected. But the drug connection makes sense when you consider how Pandora was behaving.

I'm hoping Eve doesn't have anymore issues with the Illegals cop Casto. He's kind of a jerk.

I hate it when Roarke and Eve fight. What happened to Eve as a child was horrific.

The murder investigations are getting even more interesting. The whole flower thing is neat and I'm very curious to see how this all plays out.

I feel bad about what happened to Jerry. I definitely didn't see Casto coming as the bad guy. I didn't like him but wasn't thinking he was the killer.

I enjoyed the first part of Eve's bachelorette party with all her friends. Also, I was happy to see Peabody will be staying with Homicide. Hopefully we'll see her in future books, her and Eve work well together.

I really enjoyed this one, I think it's my favourite out of the first three books. I'm so glad there's a ton of these to read.
