Luca (lucabenj) | 72 comments Thanks for the nook! This is pretty much gonna be a place for me to store all my notes, thoughts, feelings, rants, and much more about the books I'm reading...

I am pretty systematic with reading which can have good aspects and bad ones. I feel in control and have set objectives, which feels great when I finish a book, but conversely reading sometimes feels like a chore because of this. I like structure, so I thought this nook might make my life easier because I can arrange and jot down random things that I don't have anywhere to put and just clog up my brain, and it might make reading feel less of a chore and more exciting. I REALLY hope it isn't just another thing to make reading more complicated for me.

At the moment, I'm reading quite a few books at once. I'm actively reading The Leviathan, A Court of Wings and Ruin, If We Were Villains, and Wuthering Heights, but I have 11 books on my currently reading shelf. It's chaos, partly why I want to get on top of it and organise myself a bit better. I'm under half way through for all of them, but hopefully that will change.

I should pick one book to focus on finishing, but I don't know which one! I'm furthest through If We Were Villains, but I haven't read that for a week or so, whereas I read some of The Leviathan this morning. I think I'll pick one of those though, because they're quick reads, whereas I'm reading ACOWAR with my girlfriend so I can't rush through it, and Wuthering Heights is a slow burner. I need to finish a book quickly to get me into the swing of it!

If only I had time to read as much as I want to, but alas, university work often gets in the way, Speaking of, I'm procrastinating doing my Russian homework, so I should probably go do that...

Ok so I've finished If We Were Villains, which was amazing, and I've made some more progress with ACOWAR, but Wuthering Heights and The Leviathan have been sitting on the shelf for a bit.

Oh, and i reread Pride and Prejudice, because why not.

I'm planning to read a quick read sometime soon, either It Ends with Us or The Love Hypothesis

Lily (lilym4e) | 3 comments You should totally finish Wuthering Heights soon, would hate for an annotated copy to go unloved... :P

Ari (Head in a Book) (thestarsincline) I agree

Ari (Head in a Book) (thestarsincline) I wasn't a fan of Wuthering Heights though
