Support for Indie Authors discussion

Several people have been talking about Readers' Favorite for getting reviews for free. However, does anyone know if this is a reputable site? It has the BBB emblem on their site, but when I click on it, it goes nowhere. These emblems are supposed to go directly to their BBB page, but this one doesn't. They are asking for a PDF file and I'm uncertain about giving them one.
Anyone know if this site is legitimate? Thanks.

Hi G.G. I've used them for 2 1/2 years for editorial reviews for my books. From my experience, they are very reputable, and their customer service is great. I recommend them.

I've used Readers' Favorite for several of my books and have never had a problem.

Thank you Gail and CA. I just received an email from them explaining their security methods. It does appear to be legit and I got the BBB file as well.

They are good. I've used them and their reviews are not canned. They actually read the book and give an honest opinion, which I appreciated.
