Y'all... don't expect me to do anything other than hate on people who hate on idols just because they're in a romantic relationship. Okay, I try not to hate on people, at least, not outside of my head, so I won't hate on you if you have that opinion. But seriously, all of you who have that opinion, think about it... what's the point of keeping someone from being with someone they like or even love? Just because of your own feelings? And your thoughts about someone else's life, not your own. That's downright cruel. And extremely immature.

You're taking away a piece of life, romance, from the idols you supposedly love. And that piece is most likely a very important and needed part of their life and growth. The chance of being openly in a relationship with someone, and sometimes not even secretly can they be in a relationship, is taken away because of your own selfish wishes and dreams. Idols mostly have to wait till they're in their 30s to be in an open, serious relationship, or marriage. And this is also the case with Asian actors/actresses, although the policies are less strict then the idols'. I understand why some people think this way, but you have to think about the beautiful relationships that you're preventing, the amount of things the idols are missing in life because of you and people who think like you.

I hope you agree with me, and if you don't, I hope me writing this helped you understand why you're thinking is very harsh and to help you try and remedy your cruel opinion on the lives of others you want to control.

And if you agree with this, share your opinion and tell people why you know you're right.

And I obviously made this topic for the idols who are in relationships, were in one, or are married. I made it thinking of, Chen of EXO, Bobby of iKON, Hyuna & Dawn, and Baekhyun and Taeyeon who I have heard some of the cruelest and saddest stories from. I know there are others, obviously the Kai and Jennie, Momo and Heechul, etc, those two relationships and more got a whole lot of backlash that people should be very ashamed of, it's simply none of your business and they don't need to have you putting all your unnecessary negativity into their life and love life.

Idols should be able to date and marry and do whatever they want! They’re people too and deserve to be able to live how they want to

Yes, definitely! Hyuna & Dawn are amazing and I love and support them. I got so happy when I found out they were engaged 😭

honestly my respect goes sky high when idols get married and have their own life. I hate that fans try to control their lives and tell them not to be in relationships.
I think idols should just do whatever they want lol like they know the consequences of dating and scandals and whatever so they should just date

Yeah, the respect I have for those idols. I watched a tiktok compilation (lol) called "K-Pop tiktoks because Bobby and Chen are the bravest men I know" And that's accurate.

I feel like things might change for the better, but very very slowly. I mean, HYBE boys are already making progress XD Yeonjun did the fearless challenge with that Le Sserafim leader chaewon (?) and then Sunghoon did the same with another member.

So I don't know about marriage or dating or anything, but I feel in the sort of near future, idols will actually be able to look at each other. There will definitely be Dispatch (disb!tch XD) and others, but as long as fans are supportive, it won't be a big problem. It's only going to happen with group effort.

Yeah, that's good, but I don't think this mattered with that because they're all part of the same label so HYBE would obviously want to make sure their new group gets attention, I doubt there would be rumours over that lol... but maybe there are people who would get angry over it 🙄. I love the challenges idols do when their songs come out. Loved BamBam's many mini collabs for "Who Are You"!

Honestly, they are humans too. If fans really expect idols to stay single their whole career I find that dumb. They should be treated just like anyone else.

Think of it this way. If you are in a happy and healthy relationship, you're performance is better and you just are normally a more pleasant person to be around. Wouldn't you want that for your favorite idols too.

Heck, they possibly could even come out with some better songs too with having a relationship.

Same goes for marriages. As long as they are happy and it's not effecting their careers why should the fans care.

These fans who live in a delusional world thinking that they are dating the idols or that no one else can like them need some help because these idols don't know who most of their fans are.

Wow, yeah, those are great points. If someone is happier, their performance in every aspect of their life would be better, so how can the fans complain... unless they're not real fans of course.
