Ready Player One by Ernest Cline

Ready Player One by Ernest Cline"
I thought that Halliday was autistic.

I have tried to read it. It wasn't very good I DNF it.

The second book was not overall well received, no. I enjoyed it very much, though I could see where there were technical problems with the story. I do NOT agree with the reviews critiquing Wade's character. I think they are critiquing autism tbf. And a lot of the outrage was over the heavy handed social justice themes
If you enjoy three-chapter-long infodumps about the same subject, you will enjoy that part of the book. If you want to revisit the characters and world, you will probably enjoy it. But if you are into it more for a story that excites and satisfies you, you might be disappointed

I wanted the third option.
Good talk. This is why I wanted to join this club.

It's hard to find AuDHD characters. We've only recently found a link between the two NDs. So we haven't gotten any canonical characters yet. There may be some coded ones, though I can't think of any at the moment.
