And don’t worry Amy, after all, age is just a number. We’re happy to have you on board!

10 chapters is great with me.

I like how complicated the characters are, as well as their backstories. I just love Emily Henry's writing style.
The way a trope is approached from a whole other angle is refreshing and original. The chemistry between Nora and Charlie is real and I can't wait to read on and figure out their story.

I only finished reading now. I really liked these first chapters - Emily Henry is showing off her talent yet again. Both Nora and Charlie got my interest, but Libby is definitely my favourite. Can't wait to carry on reading.
(Next chapters are bound to be shorter, as that was one third of the whole book.)

Most books have a mix of a few tropes. Emily Henry truly gave a spin on the small town romance trope. In the back (don’t worry, I didn’t read the end) she tells a little about how she came up with the story. It’s worth taking a peek at!

As an avid watcher of those adorably cheesy movies, I’ve actually said to my husband that I wonder how the poor boyfriend or girlfriend feels knowing they were just celebrating Xmas (or Easter or V. Day etc) and all of a sudden their significant other is like “ forget the life we planned I’m moving away so xmasville to run a reindeer farm…
I’m also loving her sister and the closeness they’ve shared and the feeling of trying to recapture that when life gets in the way.

How is it with you, girls? Do you allways need to talk to your friend about whatever's bothering you or do you tend to keep things to yourself? I'm deffinitely in the second group, however I don't think it has anything to do with trust, not in my case at least.

I think it’ll be interesting to find out what Libby is processing. I think there is definitely more going on with Libby then kids and sleep deprivation.

Libby is a big part of this story, and even though it's a pretty idiotic move to hide something this important from Nora (compromising on health is never smart), it brought so much more depth to their relationship as well as showed Nora's personality (and fears) so well.
I just LOVE Nora and Charlie and the way they connect and read each other so easily. It's like they were made for one another. At this point, they both have legit reasons to stick where they are (Nora in NYC and Charlie in Sunshine Falls). I want them to figure it out with everything within me, but I do wonder how these two different worlds can be merged.
Another plus about finishing so late in the week, I can continue right on till the ending!

There is another thread for book suggestions. So far I just put one because no one responded. Let me get the link.
Here's the new feed for the next Group Read.
Should we start this week?
