Two teens in high school break up and the girl creates a box of memories and leaves them on the doorstep of her ex. He goes through it to find things like two movie tickets, matchsticks, polaroids, chocolate wrappers etc and is reminded of how each of those items relates to a fond memory. I read this a couple years ago and idk why I was just remembering that. The thing is, I can't remember the name. All I know is it was written by a male author. It's an old book written in years after 2012 but set in early 2000's era (i think, i'm not sure). I know the details are vague but if you have any similar book in mind, please comment the name and I'll remember.

Please help me find that book.
