i pictured the band to be like fleetwood mac with a bit of arctic monkeys throughout my whole time reading it. the general era, love stories, addictions and some music inspiration being fleetwood mac with the edgy-ness (i think i just made up a word), aesthetic sometimes and major music inspiration being arctic monkeys. i also fancasted alex turner as billy dunne i couldn't stop picturing him.

loved this book so much by the way. i love any taylor jenkins reid book to be honest though. definitely recommend reading if anybody hasn't already!!
