Well, not good with intros, I'm more into jumping into the hot topic of the moment, but anyways. I'm a spanish writing author, been here for 2 years, and I've recently translated my book to english so I'm going absolutely crazy trying to get the hang of how to reach the english speaking community. The spanish speaking responded well so far.
Apparently Goodreads is the place to go, so I'm trying to get how this works (shame on me, as I'm a programmer myself, lol). I don't like the forum interface a lot, but I'm trying to understand all the potential goodreads offers, as apparently it is one of the most used sources people use for recommendations, and lets be honest, I want to find my potential readers. I know they're out there, but I still haven't found them yet, lol.
I thought maybe a small community more or less promo focused would be ideal, and this one seemed fine. I'm in other two other groups, one I think I'm dropping because it seems inactive, but I haven't really interacted much because, as I said, I don't like the UI very much.
