Rule 9. Audiobooks may be used for SRC tasks. Page numbers should be counted as described for ebooks above. Audiobooks that do not have a written word equivalent, either published in paper or digitally, may NOT be used for SRC tasks...

Tea and Murder by Aliette de Bodard
from xeroagency.com site:
"TEA AND MURDER is a new audiobook collection featuring two of the author’s acclaimed Xuya novellas: THE CITADEL OF WEEPING PEARLS and THE TEA MASTER AND THE DETECTIVE! Published by Blackstone/Skyboat Media, here’s the synopsis…
"Two novellas set in Aliette de Bodard’s award-winning, critically acclaimed Xuya universe, a timeline where Asia became dominant and where the space age has Confucian galactic empires of Vietnamese and Chinese inspiration."

Both of these novellas ARE published in print editions and ebook editions.

So, how is this one interpreted using rule 9? It appears there is no print edition of the collection. HOWEVER, both stories are in print individually with page counts of 96 and 164 (260 total). The audiobook is listed as 6h 43m.

Can I use this collection for the Challenge?

Thanks.

The rule says that an audiobook cannot be used without a print edition. Since there is no print edition of this audiobook, it cannot be used for the challenge.
