hot take, but I don't care for Malex. There is not a lot of base to it, and the thought of Alex in a relationship feels wrong. And no it's not because Alex is Gender-fluid, Magnus is Pan so that checks out (not that I'm trying to gate keep), But rather do to his/her's personality. Alex is like a Catus, Lovable but idk if I actually want one. Like, Alex goes to an effort to not have relationships. Ig that's supposed to be the beauty of it is that he/she could be open with Magnus, but it was very meh. I not that I hate the ship, it's just that I think it's a bit over-hyped, especially because we barely get any Malex content as the two only get together within the last two-ish chapters.
