2015 Reading Challenge [Closed] discussion

It has been a while since I read any Michael Crichton. My friend was reading the book and I thought...why not? It's old enough that I was able to download from the library immediately.

That ended the positive parts. I found the book to be full of science...I couldn't tell if it was real or all in Crichton's universe. There were MANY characters that it was hard to follow their stories. Or, in the end, care. And, as was pointed out to me, it ended in typical Crichton fashion. Just ended. No conclusion, no summing up, no "5 Years Later", no comeuppance for the bad guys, just over.

I give this just 2 stars.
