I haven't started yet either. Probably next week. I was a little ambitious when I decided what to read this month lol.

Leigh Stuart | 48 comments Finally have my copy and am ready to start!

Leigh Stuart | 48 comments Well, I flew through this and loved it immensely! I will try to write a few thoughts about the different parts here when I get a moment, but it was so intense, I couldn't stop while I was reading and post stuff!

Leigh Stuart | 48 comments A couple of quotes from the 'After' section:
In time, you became a man, and all at once, I became this.
...
There was never a hope. I'm entitled to nothing. There is no one to tell, and no way to tell it, as I am now. I couldn't find words even if I was able. No words could ease this unbearable weight. I cry to my willow tree: robbed of years, robbed of dignity, language, tranquility. Last of all, cruelest, robbed of you.

This first part was painful for me to get through!
