What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book between 2011 and 2015. It was a romance novel, but not a steamy one, marketed to a younger audience.

A young woman is either a physical therapist, or a physical therapist's assistant. She is engaged to a man who was a client. They became involved at his first visit, and became engaged after knowing each other for a month.
She texts a wrong number, somehow, and strikes up a friendship with the person on the other side of the line. He is male, and he helps her during a scrabble game while she is meeting her fiance's family, via text.

She believes her fiance's family hates her, but she later finds out that he has proposed in this hasty manner a couple times previously, and they think she is nice but are concerned about their son being a good husband.

She and her fiance eventually break up and she and the person she has texted get together.

It was not named "wrong number". I read it in my high school library, and it appeared to have been recently published. It had a modern (ish) cover with a silhouette of a girl with a ponytail and a man. I read a physical copy. It seemed like a sweet, fresh romance from a new author. Published in English in the US. Fairly sure the author is female.
