I found it interesting how they're spending resources checking the DNA of bears around Aspen & how troublesome they are. They weren't when I lived there in the early 70s, but it was a very different place then. Hadn't been discovered yet, thankfully. I lived on ranch, too.
It's amazing how difficult it is to rehome them. She describes some pretty amazing treks.

I hope you like it Hayley. I finished and I'm waiting to see what everyone else thinks. I wrote in my very short review that I think the book is good for bringing awareness to a complicated subject, animal/human conflict. It was sort of like the book we just read in non-fiction book club ("Eager", about beaver/human conflict) but it was much more broad.
