Big mama knew how to bring the family together. It would happen all of a sudden. It's funny, she just knew when it was time. She wouldn’t say a word, she would pull out an old drum, a Djembe drum to be exact and she would just start playing it. She had a very distinct rhythm a very special beat. it would carry near and far.
