Erin | 1 comments My brother and I are huge fans of everything horror when it comes to movies, having both grown up in the 80's. We live in separate countries and have decided to start a "media club" of sorts to discuss movies and books. Can you please tell me your absolute favorite horror/ crime/ sci-fi recommendations?

Two Envelopes And A Phone Horror:
Nazareth Hill Gates of Hades by Ramsey Campbell (aka The House on Nazareth Hill), The Wandering Jew by Eugène Sue , The Revelation by Bentley Little

Crime & Mystery:

The False Inspector Dew by Peter Lovesey , Black Water Lilies by Michel Bussi , The Documents in the Case by Dorothy L. Sayers

Science Fiction:

Orbitsville by Bob Shaw , Blindsight (Firefall, #1) by Peter Watts , The Color of Distance by Amy Thomson

The Andromeda Strain is one of my very favorite books, and I even love the movie. I haven't come across anyone else with this on their list!
