Hey everyone! With fall quickly biting at our heels, I would like to propose a new challenge. This is a challenge I have done several times in other groups that I moderate in and the members always have so much fun with it!
The challenge will be to design a new masthead for the group. Here are the rules and requirements:
The masthead must be 970 x 245 px or it will not work when I try to upload it. (I recommend using the Canva website and creating a custom size. It's super easy and free.)
The masthead doesn't have to include the name of the group, but it is encouraged!
Follow the theme and have fun with it!
Be kind and respectful towards others and their designs. Not all of us have the same taste in anything, so please just be positive and encouraging.
Theme for you to follow: what the season autumn is to you. Do you go for a cozier vibe or a fun, late night bonfires and jumping in leaf piles kind of vibe? Let us see your personality!
Two categories you can create are general and spooky. General is more of a cozy vibe or fun fall vibe and spooky will be Halloween vibes. You may have one of each for these, but not two of the same (one general, one spooky, but not two spooky, yk?)
Voting and display:
There will be two voting polls, one for general, one for spooky. First place general winner will be featured up until the week of Halloween. The spooky winner will be featured the week of Halloween and the second place of spooky will get a shout-out/honorable mention in a newsletter we will release to announce the winners. Second place winner of the general will be featured until we can begin to decorate for the December holidays.

All mastheads are due by September 23rd at 12am EST and voting will begin the same day. Voting will stop September 26th at 12am EST and the mastheads will go up later that day.
