Gina’s “breaking point” with Max occurred after Ajay died and he didn’t share that news or his feelings with her. What about this was a tipping point? Did she do the right thing by walking away?

Gina had to consider that her love for Max just wasn't enough, for her or him. She had no other option other than to walk away. Until Max changed, there was no future for them.

Max was too closed off to ever have a true relationship with her. It was time to give up and walk away.

Gina needed to do what was best for herself. She could not live her life on eggshells waiting for Max to come to his senses.

Gina saw that Max wasn't ready to include her in anything meaningful in his life. She had to decide if she was happy with his crumbs or move on and find the relationship she needed. Gina made the right decision.

If Ajay’s dying wasn’t a big enough event for Max to open up to her, then there wasn’t much else that would. Gina realized in that moment that it was time for her to walk away. The rest was up to him. I thought she did the right thing. She had to become more important to Max than his protecting his feelings. Now he had to figure this out on his own.
