Just wondering if there are any other ARC readers here?
I thought it might be good to know who else might be reading similar books, especially for challenges like "read a book that a fellow SRC member rated 5 stars"
I'm trying to work through a bit of a backlog alternating with new ARCs!

Roxanne | 6 comments I’m new to the arc reading thing, but I just got my first approval from NetGalley!

Simone (simonec75) You will find it highly addictive!
I'm still working through old and new ARCs as well. I had a bit of a reading slump the last couple of months, and now I'm trying to catch up on the new ones. The older ones will have to wait.

Marie (UK) (mazza1) | 3940 comments I read from Netgalley - far too many on my shelf at the moment

Roxanne | 6 comments Do you have any advice for me? For now I only got one approval and many refusal. I mean I expect it I’m only on goodread and only recently started reviewing, but is there a way to get more “luck”? :)

Simone (simonec75) You could get your rating up by reviewing some of the "read now" books. You don't need approval for those. They are pre-approved.

I have had some real winners but also some dreadful books
just finished The Bookbinder of Jericho which I gave 5 stars

Isaac and the Egg was an unexpected triumph

The Collected Regrets of Clover and Go as a River

I gave all these books 5 stars

Kathy KS | 2382 comments My most recent finish was Steel Fear. I enjoyed the mysteries involved in this military version of the "manor house"-type mystery. The action takes place on a US Navy aircraft carrier at sea.

I've had some fabulous ARCS, and some not-so-fabulous ones. Unfortunately I haven't been able to read many in the last few months ...
