Julie McElwain | 10 comments Just finished watching The Devil's Hour on Amazon Prime. Absolutely loved it. I tend to do other things while I watch TV. You cannot do that with this show. Too much is happening, too much will be missed. Would love to hear if anyone else watched it, and your thoughts?

Julie McElwain | 10 comments It came up on my Amazon Prime feed, and I decided to check it out. I'm glad that I did.

Nancy (paper_addict) I’ll have to check it out.

Jennifer | 185 comments I have seen this and almost watched it, I didn't know it was time travel.

Julie McElwain | 10 comments I didn't know either when I decided to check it out. I thought it was a psychological thriller, which it is, but it involves either time travel or string theory. Or both. It was a pleasant surprise.

Julie McElwain | 10 comments I just saw that Amazon has green lighted Season 2 and 3 for the Devil's Hour, so it must have done well. It intrigues me how they'll push the series forward.

Jennifer | 185 comments I have watched 3 episodes , maybe 4 so far, I am liking this. I have no idea what is going on, I mean with the timeline etc, but it sure is interesting to try to figure it out !

Jonathan Posner | 6 comments Finished the whole series last night - and I can definitely say it was worth watching to the end. It all comes together, and all the weird bits suddenly make sense. It’s a great concept, even though it’s not strictly time travel.
I am also interested to see how they can take the concept into a new series - that’s the challenge for the writers!

Julie McElwain | 10 comments I agree with you, and find it interesting that they got green lighted for season 2 and 3. That doesn't happen often!

message 12: by Pat of Rocks (new)

Pat of Rocks | 70 comments I'm hopeful that means a very tight, close-ended story was pitched to span two more seasons that they already have mapped out. I think show writers can bring their best game when they're not trying to write season-to-season and have an ending in sight they can pace the plot against.

This show is not based off a book series, is it?

message 13: by Julie (new)

Julie McElwain | 10 comments I was thinking the same thing, that the writers presented a plan. I don't know if it's based on a book. I'll have to do some research!
