We also learn that Bree experienced additional trauma as a child, suffering a vicious dog attack. Did this added information reshape your opinion of her? If so, in what way?

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments It really didn't change my opinion of her. She had a fear of big dogs after being attacked as a child. I could understand this happening to many people who went through the same thing.

It made me respect her even more. What she experienced that night when her father murdered her mother was awful. Adding this additional trauma was unbelievable. The fact that she is a homicide detective in a male dominated environment is remarkable.

It made me despise her father and question how he’d ever commit suicide.

~Melissa~ | 429 comments Respect for still going into a hard job that will show her and place her in trauma all the time. Gotta respect someone that takes that on once you find out what they've gone through. Granted what she went through is probably what drives/drove her to become a homicide detective

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments It is amazing that Bree handle so much trauma as a child. I admire her ability to keep going and still taking on more responsibility.
