Funny. I just ordered this book the other day. :)
Anne of Green Gables
Here are the Kindle versions (and I imagine the physical ones when you click on them but then again this is US Amazon.)

These are indeed some of the best things to do to get some great reading in!

So you decided to vote for Back to School instead of Pirates to break the tie too eh. It does meet your reading challenge better. :)
Yea, I got a bunch of school manga to catch up on and try to finish :)

That's what you get with Shuzo Oshimi. Tends to push some pretty raw emotional materials too and not afraid of mature subjects much like Inio Asano.

I have Happiness v.1 and everything too... its strange but so interesting how the story gets uncovered in Blood on the tracks... and man some answers were answered in the last volume!

Neil Gaiman is usually a good time for sure. Have you seen Doomsday With My Dog Vol. 1 yet? It has aliens (the short green kind) and at least one Chupacabra in it. I have to finish the first volume myself but what I read is a pretty amusing 4koma style story.

How about Undead Girl Murder Farce Vol. 1? I just read the 4th one and it not only looks nice art wise I like the characters and I enjoy how the mangaka reimagines classic characters like Sherlock Holmes and Phileas Fogg to bring their world alive with supernatural activities, conspiracies, and at the moment attempt to thwart Arsène Lupin's latest theft declaration. Sadly only 4 volumes are available though.
Others I have enjoyed and want to get back into are The Apothecary Diaries, Vol. 1 and Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, Vol. 1.
Easy reads with a mix of spooky along cute would go to Mieruko-chan, Vol. 1 and another easy read for cat lovers goes to Night of the Living Cat, Volume 1.
Pretty soon I hope to read Mashle: Magic and Muscles, Vol. 1: Mash Burnedead and the Body of the Gods which from what I understand is basically One Punch Man set in world where having no magical talent is considered abnormal and bad yet this character trains super hard physically because his father wanted him to be able to protect himself against those that would harm him for being different.

Its just I am waiting for volumes of Boys over Flowers that I put on hold. Right now reading Rainbow Brite.
and Case Closed

I recently discovered an app called Comikey that allows you to read by chapters (the first three are free even.) The only problem is not being compiled in a book not sure how you would classify some of them for the challenge.
Honestly I tend to read multiple series at the same time myself so I might check it out more even if I can't find the book on here. :)

Me and My Beast Boss, Vol. 1 is another good series about a powerful boss figure who wishes he didn't intimidate everyone and a human women who wants to prove she is not inferior to beastmen though it is a common enough belief in that world. Of course being a secretary/personal assistant character I wonder if the human would say the title would be better as "My Beast Boss and I"
