Logan Ramsay works for the Gene Protection Agency, preventing people illegally changing DNA. he wanted to be a geneticist but when she inadvertently caused a worldwide famine that dream was ruined. While on a raid Logan is attacked with a bomb full of genetic material. At first he seems fine but then he begins becoming smarter and stronger and so begins Logan's quest to find out what happened to him. This book was quite the thrill ride. There is also a lot of scientific info which I loved but it might turn some people off. Of Crouch's latest books I'd rated this one below Dark Matter and above Recursion.
